We do not accept returns of:
Any essential COVID-19 related purchases – such as gowns, gloves, respiratory therapy, masks, sanitizing products, etc.
Products returned more than 30 days after the date of the sale.
Products that have been opened or used.
Respiratory Therapy products.
Garments such as binders, surgical bras, stockings, or other clothing items.
Any item purchased on “special order”.
Regulated hazardous chemicals or reagents.
Products returned in defaced, opened, damaged or other than original packaging.
Any temperature-sensitive/refrigerated products.
Any product returned is subject to a minimum 15% Restocking Fee.
