For payment, Care Express Products accepts all major credit cards, checks for mail-in orders, and, for pre-approved accounts, credit terms. Currently, we do not bill Medicare/Medicaid or 3rd party insurers.

Products are normally shipped via FedEx Ground from our Illinois facility. However, some orders may be shipped directly from our vendors.

Next Day and 2-Day expedited deliveries are available, but are dependent on product availability and potential shipping restrictions. If you need expedited shipping, please call customer service at 1-800-339-3880.

To return a product, please call customer service at 1-800-339-3880 to receive a Return Authorization and receive instructions on how to ship the product back.

Order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of package receipt. We do not accept returns of:

*Products returned more than 30 days after the date of the sale.
*Products that have been opened or used.
*Respiratory Therapy products.
*Garments such as but limited to binders, surgical bras, stockings, chin straps or other clothing items.
*Any item purchased on “special order”.
*Regulated hazardous chemicals or reagents.
*Products returned in defaced, opened, damaged or other than original packaging.
*Any temperature-sensitive/refrigerated products.
*Any product returned is subject to a minimum 15% Restocking Fee; freight is never refunded.
