To return a product, please call customer service at 1-800-339-3880 to obtain Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of package receipt. We do not accept returns of:

*Products returned more than 30 days after the date of the sale.
*Products that have been opened or used.
*Respiratory Therapy products.
*Garments such as but not limited to binders, surgical bras, stockings, chin straps, or other clothing items.
*Any item purchased on “Special Order”.
*Regulated hazardous chemicals or reagents.
*Products returned in defaced, opened, damaged, or other than original packaging.
*Any temperature-sensitive/refrigerated products.
*Any product returned is subject to a minimum 20% Restocking Fee; freight is never refunded.

**Products shall have no less than thirty (30) days of dating prior to the expiration date of such Products as of the date of shipment.**
