At Care Express, we strive to make your return and refund process as smooth as possible. You may return items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused and remain in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days. Please be aware that certain products—such as final sale and special-order items—are not eligible for return. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and promptly issue your refund. Please be aware that freight charges are non-refundable, and all returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, Please note that special-order and final sale items are not eligible for return. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging. Returns are also not accepted for respiratory therapy items or garments, including but not limited to binders, surgical bras, stockings, chin straps, and similar clothing. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns for hazardous materials, hygiene-related products, or items sensitive to temperature.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired one.
What if I received a damaged item?
